On April 5, a meeting was held at JSC Shcherbinsky Lift-Building Plant on the matters of product quality maintenance, elevator maintenance and installation.
The decision to hold a series of similar meetings - Quality Days - at leading Russian manufacturers of elevators was made at the 5th Technical Conference on elevators in February 2018.
Max Vaksman, General Director of Shcherbinsky Lift-Building Plant, OJSC, in welcoming to the participants paid tribute to the necessity and importance of the event.
- We are first. I think that such meetings should be held at other plants. The in-depth technical agenda should bear fruit, because our most important task is to improve product quality, he said.
Pyotr Kharlamov, Executive Director of the National Elevator Union, General Director of the Russian Lift Association, stressed in his statement that the main purpose of the meeting was to ensure that the plant, taking into account the proposals and wishes of service and installation structures, improved the quality of its products and introduced some innovation .
On the eve of the meeting, the Russian Lift Association prepared a list of 20 questions on the company's products, which were asked at the 5th technical conference on elevators, and received from installation and service companies, as well as from users of thematic elevator resources on the Internet.
During the meeting, senior representatives of JSC Shcherbinsky Lift-Building Plant, specialists from the design department and the technical control department, employees of the plant suppliers and developers of control systems told about the measures taken by the team to ensure the quality level and shared their plans for the future.
After the meeting, everyone could see the lift production with their own eyes during a factory tour.
